TORCH Solutions is hiring for a full-time customer service role based in Bacolod City. You will respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide customers through our financial software products.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service and accurate record-keeping. Ideal candidates have at least a senior high school education, excellent English communication, and at least 6 months of BPO experience.

• Collaborate with the wider customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve our support offerings.
