Qualifications

• Senior high school graduate required.
• Excellent English communication skills required.
• Able to work onsite at Bacolod City.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Provide product training and guidance to customers.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and escalate feedback to product team.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to share best practices and improve support offerings.
