What You'll Be Doing

• Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Investigating and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Providing product training and guidance to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and escalating feedback to the product team
• Collaborating with the wider customer service team to share best practices and continuously improve our support offerings

What We're Looking For
