Job summary

Technology Elite, Inc. is seeking a Network/Systems Administrator to maintain customer IT infrastructure. This role covers on-premises and cloud services, including servers, networks, and devices, with hybrid work arrangements in Pampanga.

The candidate will handle reactive and proactive IT maintenance, knowledgebase updates, and collaboration with the Customer Success Team. 5+ years in IT and Microsoft certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Windows Server 2016+ administration.
• Experience with Exchange/Office 365, Active Directory, and SQL Server.
• Experience with server virtualization (VMware/ Azure VM) and backup/DR solutions.
• Familiarity with Citrix and Remote Desktop Services or AVD.

Responsibilities

• Provide second and third level IT support for incidents.
• Maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, storage).
• Manage monitoring, automation and knowledgebase documentation.
• Collaborate with customer success and account teams on remediation.
