First Focus is seeking a seasoned MSP professional to join our team in a hybrid Manila setting. You’ll handle tickets across AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange, troubleshoot desktops, servers, and networks, and participate in cloud deployments while collaborating with senior engineers.

You’ll bring 3+ years of MSP experience, fluency in English, and familiarity with PSA/RMM tools, AI workflows, and automation, plus a drive to improve in a fast-growing environment with training and career growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of MSP experience and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfort with PSA/RMM tools like ConnectWise Manage & RMM.
• Microsoft 365 and Active Directory proficiency.
• Windows Server, Exchange, and networking knowledge.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Slaying tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshooting desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Supporting cloud platforms - Azure AD, Entra, Hyper-V, Citrix, AWS.
• Participating in project deployments when things get spicy.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to keep environments clean and lean.
• Occasionally visiting client sites.
