• Written and spoken English proficiency.
• Comfort with PSA/RMM tools.

Responsibilities

• Slay tickets across Microsoft AD, Azure, M365, and Exchange.
• Troubleshoot desktops, servers, firewalls, and networks.
• Support cloud platforms like Azure AD and AWS.
• Jump into project deployments when necessary.
