Job summary

GCash is seeking a Growth Manager – B2B Enterprise to drive growth initiatives for the Enterprise business by building and executing marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.

You will work with the Enterprise Sales Team and cross-functional groups to transform market and customer insights into campaigns, partnerships and initiatives while monitoring performance and managing budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in growth marketing, digital/performance marketing and business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies focused on acquisition and retention of enterprise clients.
• Identify and analyze customer, market and business insights to uncover growth opportunities.
• Translate data and insights into marketing campaigns and plans.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives.
• Manage marketing projects from planning to execution and measurement.
• Monitor metrics, ROI, and budgets; optimize strategies and investments.
