BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to drive loan volume while maintaining profitability and strong credit quality. The role involves field visits to meet local business needs and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include analyzing applicants, initiating credit and collection actions, coordinating with relevant units, updating loan files, and executing sales activities to achieve targets in a dynamic MSME portfolio in Metro

Qualificações

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Amenable to field work on almost daily basis.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with Word and Excel.
• Fieldwork and sales experience in Microfinance is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts by field visits to meet business needs.
• Analyze overall loan applicant's qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with concerned officers and units related to processing and servicing of loan applications.
• Review and update customer loan files and loan agreements to ensure adequacy.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
