Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to achieve loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and excellent customer service.

You will actively solicit MSME loan accounts through field visits, analyze applicants, initiate credit and collection activities, coordinate with other units, review loan files, and drive sales and marketing to meet volume targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to do field work on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit MSME loan accounts through field visits.
• Analyze loan applications for feasibility and credit quality.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to safeguard credit quality.
• Coordinate with other units for processing and servicing loan applications.
• Review and update loan files to ensure adequacy for credit processing.
