Job summary

BDO Network Bank is seeking an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Cavite. The role focuses on soliciting microfinance loan accounts through field visits and assessing applicants’ credit qualifications to support profitable lending.

You will initiate credit and collection activities, coordinate with processing units, review loan files, and drive sales initiatives to meet volume targets while delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Four- or five-year degree (Bachelor’s) holder.
• Good selling, communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to do field work on a daily basis.
• Basic mathematical knowledge.
• Familiar with word processing & spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts by field visits.
• Analyze loan applicants’ qualifications to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities to ensure credit quality.
• Coordinate with officers/units related to processing and servicing loan applications/clients.
• Review and update loan files and agreements for credit processing and booking.
• Execute sales and/or marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
