Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Fleet Operations professional to supervise daily motorpool activities, ensure vehicle availability, and optimize deployment across branches. The role also covers planning preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and maintaining thorough maintenance records.
The candidate will monitor fleet performance against metrics, ensure LTO compliance, manage costs, and supervise drivers and team members to uphold safety and efficiency standards.
Supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, ensuring vehicle availability to support business requirements.
Monitor fleet utilization and optimize vehicle deployment across branches and departments.
Ensure vehicles are assigned, dispatched, and returned following company procedures.
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all company vehicles and equipment.
Coordinate repairs, troubleshooting, and servicing with internal technicians and accredited service providers.
Ensure all maintenance activities are properly documented and completed on schedule.
Monitor vehicle condition and recommend replacement or disposal of aging units.
Monitor fleet performance through key metrics such as vehicle availability, downtime, maintenance cost, fuel consumption, and repair frequency.
Ensure compliance with LTO regulations, vehicle registration, insurance, emissions testing, and other legal requirements.
Maintain complete and updated vehicle records and maintenance history.
Monitor repair and maintenance expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Review repair quotations and recommend the most economical solutions without compromising safety and reliability.
Manage inventory of spare parts, tires, lubricants, batteries, and other motorpool supplies.
Supervise drivers and motorpool personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations.
Conduct regular toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
Monitor driver performance, vehicle care, and compliance with company policies.
Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and meet safety standards.
Investigate vehicle accidents, breakdowns, and operational incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
Promote safe driving practices and preventive maintenance culture.
