Job Summary
Oversee the management and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles. The role involves supervising drivers, scheduling vehicle dispatch, monitoring preventive maintenance, and ensuring that all vehicles are safe, reliable, and ready for operational use.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the company’s motorpool and fleet vehicles.
- Schedule and coordinate vehicle dispatch based on operational needs.
- Ensure vehicles undergo regular preventive maintenance (PMS) and necessary repairs.
- Monitor vehicle condition, safety, and overall performance.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies.
- Maintain records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
- Supervise company drivers and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
- Coordinate with service providers or mechanics for vehicle repairs when needed.
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed driver with a valid professional driver’s license.
- At least 2–3 years of experience as a Motorpool Supervisor, Fleet Supervisor, or similar role.
- Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance (PMS), basic mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle care.
- Experience in vehicle dispatching, scheduling, and fleet management.
- Familiar with inventory and spare parts management.
- Good leadership, organization, and communication skills.
