Job summary

ROTAFLEX CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP is seeking a capable Motorpool Supervisor to oversee our fleet and daily deployment across site operations in Metro Manila. MOTORPOOL SUPERVISOR

Construction Company | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Fleet & Motorpool Management

• Manage full fleet: dump trucks, L300, service vehicles, heavy equipment, and construction machinery
• Plan daily deployment & assignments based on project/site needs
• Maintain accurate fleet inventory, registration, insurance, and renewal schedules
• Monitor vehicle availability, usage, and downtime

Maintenance & Repair Oversight

• Enforce strict preventive maintenance schedule (oil change, tune-up, tires, brakes, hydraulics, etc.)
• Inspect vehicles regularly; approve repairs & coordinate with mechanics/workshop
• Diagnose common mechanical issues; ensure quality & cost-effective repairs
• Track maintenance costs, spare parts inventory, and repair records

Fuel & Cost Control

• Monitor fuel consumption, mileage logs, and implement fuel-saving measures
• Audit fuel slips, purchase requests, and track expenses
• Recommend cost improvements & reduce unnecessary repairs/wastage

Driver Management & Safety

• Supervise drivers & helpers; assign routes & schedules
• Enforce traffic laws, safety rules, and proper vehicle operation
• Review trip logs, driver reports, and address violations/accidents
• Ensure all drivers hold proper licenses & follow safety standards

Documentation & Compliance

• Keep complete records: trip tickets, fuel usage, maintenance history, repair orders, accidents
• Ensure all vehicles are registered, insured, and compliant with LTO / regulatory requirements
• Submit weekly/monthly motorpool reports to management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Motorpool Supervisor / Fleet Manager in construction — Required
• Deep knowledge of motorpool operations, vehicle mechanics, maintenance standards, and fleet management
• Familiar with LTO rules, vehicle registration, insurance, and Metro Manila traffic
• Experience managing dump trucks, service vehicles, and construction equipment
• Strong in records management, cost monitoring, and staff supervision
• Organized, decisive, and hands-on; willing to do site inspections
• Can read mileage, interpret trip logs, and analyze fuel efficiency
