Job description

• Manage all company vehicles, heavy equipment, and motorpool personnel.
• Ensure equipment availability, reliability, and preventive maintenance.
• Control fuel, maintenance, and operating costs.
• Ensure LTO and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise drivers, mechanics, and operators.
• Prepare utilization, maintenance, and performance reports.
• Manage fuel inventory and equipment records.
• Coordinate fleet requirements with all departments.
• Promote safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any course; Engineering or Logistics-related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of motorpool experience with 3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Extensive knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks, cranes, and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, transport regulations, and safety.
• Proficient in fleet systems and MS Office.
• Leadership, planning, budgeting, and inventory management skills.
• Willing to be assigned within Cebu areas.
• Valid driver's license; high integrity and accountability.
