Job summary

Tan Delta Electric Corporation currently seeks a seasoned Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the overall management, administration, and efficiency of the vehicle fleet. The role emphasizes strategic planning and higher-level decision making for the Motorpool team.

You will coordinate fleet operations, ensure maintenance oversight, insurance administration, and regulatory compliance while supervising personnel and driving continuous improvement in reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, Transportation Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in fleet, motorpool, transportation, or vehicle maintenance operations.
• Experience in vehicle insurance administration, claims processing, and LTO registration requirements.
• Strong knowledge of light and heavy vehicle maintenance and fleet management.
