Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Associate in Makati. The role focuses on reviewing and validating pre-booking documentation for Mortgage, EEL, and Bank Guarantee transactions, ensuring compliance and accurate loan setup in T24.

You will coordinate with Sales and operations, support AML/KYC activities, and assist with post-booking tasks. The ideal candidate is a Bachelor’s degree holder, with strong attention to detail, and eager to learn banking operations.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate pre-booking, pre-annotation, and pre-issuance documentation for Mortgage, EEL, and Bank Guarantee transactions to ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Conduct documentation and compliance reviews, coordinate findings with Sales Officers, prepare loan recommendations and review reports.
• Perform manual loan and account set-up in T24, including RIM, limits, and loan creation for salary loans and EEL accounts.
• Process account maintenance and adjustments in T24, monitor interfaces, and ensure timely post-booking activities.
• Manage AML/KYC compliance including onboarding, risk assessment, due diligence and watchlist screening.
• Support regulatory reporting and AML documentation in line with BSP regulations and company policies.
• Maintain custody of developer and broker documents and participate in AML training across teams.
