East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Associate for its on-site role in Makati. The incumbent will review pre-booking requirements and documentation for Mortgage, EEL, and bank guarantee transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

The position involves manual loan setup, AML/KYC duties, and collaboration with Sales Officers. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, is open to fresh graduates, and has strong computer skills,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using computer applications and navigating system-based processes.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate pre-booking, pre-annotation, and pre-issuance documentation for Mortgage, EEL, and Bank Guarantee transactions.
• Coordinate findings with Sales Officers and relevant units; prepare loan recommendations and review reports.
• Perform manual loan and account set-up in T24, including RIM and loan creation for salary loans and EEL accounts.
• Process account maintenance and adjustments in T24 and monitor system interfaces.
• Support AML/KYC compliance, client onboarding, due diligence, and watchlist screening.
• Assist regulatory reporting and maintain proper record keeping in accordance with AML laws and BSP regulations.
