East West Banking Corporation is seeking a Sales Support Associate (Customer Fulfillment) in Makati to support end-to-end mortgage loan fulfillment. You will review applications, coordinate requirements, and ensure timely processing to deliver a smooth customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least six months in banking/loan processing or related fields, with strong MS Office skills and a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with analytical mindset.
• At least 6 months of banking/loan processing or customer fulfillment experience.
• Experience handling loan applications and client coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Review and pre-screen loan applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Coordinate loan signing and notices of approval for smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate issuance of bank guarantees and prep accounts for annotation.
• Prepare loan/mortgage documents per CAM and ensure requirements are met.
• Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to obtain required documents.
• Monitor progress and maintain records to meet service level standards.
