Responsibilities

• Review and validate pre-booking, pre-annotation, and pre-issuance documentation for Mortgage and EEL transactions.
• Coordinate findings with Sales Officers and units; prepare loan recommendations and review reports.
• Perform manual loan and account set-up in T24; handle salary loans and EEL accounts.
• Process account maintenance and adjustments in T24; monitor interfaces and post-booking activities.
• Support AML/KYC compliance, client onboarding, due diligence, and watchlist screening.
• Assist regulatory reporting and proper record keeping in line with policies.
