Job summary

East West Banking Corporation is hiring a Sales Support Associate (Customer Fulfillment) in Makati. You will support end-to-end mortgage loan fulfillment, review applications, coordinate client requirements, prepare loan documents, and ensure timely processing onsite.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with 6 months in banking or loan processing, strong MS Office skills, and a detail-oriented, process-driven mindset to deliver smooth customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 months of banking/loan processing experience.
• Experience in loan applications, document review and client coordination.
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and banking procedures.
• Proficient with MS Office and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and pre-screen loan applications to ensure completeness and eligibility for processing.
• Send notices of approval and coordinate loan signing activities for smooth onboarding.
• Coordinate issuance of bank guarantees and prepare accounts for annotation and endorsement.
• Prepare loan and mortgage documents based on CAMs and ensure all requirements are met before booking.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and verify required documents.
• Monitor progress, maintain records, and ensure service level standards for timely fulfillment and satisfaction.
