Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines Inc. is seeking a Modern Trade Developer to manage key accounts, profile customers, and optimize trade terms while growing the business. The role focuses on strong relationship building, inventory oversight, and timely collections.

You will coordinate with store owners and branch heads, ensure service levels, and drive initiatives for new customer growth in a fast-paced market.

Competenze

• Preferably graduate of any Business-related courses.
• 1 year experience in field sales is an advantage.
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Can easily build rapport and relationship with customers.
• Process-oriented and technology-inclined.
• Has work integrity and can work with minimal supervision.
• Has professional driver’s license.

• Account management and trade relations with customers.
• Execute account profiling, trade credit and terms, and portfolio management.
• Develop business plans and review performance with customers.
• Manage service levels, address bad orders, and drive process improvements.
