• Coordinate with recruitment teams, operations, and clients/employers
• Ensure candidates are properly endorsed to the next stage (training, onboarding, or deployment)
• Collect, verify, and organize pre-employment requirements (IDs, contracts, medical results, etc.)
• Ensure all documents meet company and government standards
• Prepare deployment folders or digital records for each candidate
• Inform candidates about deployment schedules, requirements, and updates
• Answer inquiries regarding onboarding, job assignments, or requirements
• Provide reminders for lacking or incomplete documents
• Liaise with clinics for medical exams
• Maintain a tracker of candidate status (e.g., pending requirements, cleared, deployed)
• Update internal systems or databases regularly
• Report deployment progress to HR officers or managers
• Perform other HR-related clerical tasks as assigned
