Job summary

Satellite Office, a leading offshore staffing provider in the Philippines, is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for all new hires. You will coordinate with internal teams and third-party providers to ensure timely and accurate completion of pre-employment requirements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in Recruitment/HR, with excellent English communication and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Two or more years in Recruitment/Human Resources or onboarding-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Initiates candidate reference checks and coordinates with third-party providers.
• Creates and prepares employment contracts with client-approved details.
• Checks signed contracts and uploads to company database and shared folders.
• Assists candidates with onboarding, including completion of government, bank, and company forms; discusses pre-employment requirements.
• Prepares and turns over pre-employment requirements to HR.
• Coordinates with HR, healthcare providers and new hires for pre-employment medical exams.
• Follows up with new hires to upload pre-employment requirements via company platform.
• Schedules and coordinates company orientation for new hires.
• Updates onboarding reports and trackers.
• Maintains shared-file structure and naming conventions; creates folders/templates.
