Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Order Management Specialist - Mobile to coordinate customer orders and changes for Telco services across networks, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This non-technical role emphasizes process knowledge, collaboration, and clear communication with customers via phone and email.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with Telco Fixed/Voice/5G products, IPND compliance, and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience in telco/customer management
• Experience in service delivery including adds/changes/relocations/terminations
• Attention to detail and proactive communication
• Knowledge of IPND compliance (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders accurately and on time
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for end-to-end delivery
• Provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders
• Escalate bottlenecks to Team Leader/Manager
• Maintain documentation and reporting for orders
