Qualifications

• 3+ years in onboarding or customer migration projects
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to explain complex topics clearly

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for mobile customers across projects, ensuring devices and plans are set up accurately and on schedule
• Track progress, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve roadblocks to avoid delays
• Explain new services to customers and address issues during transition
• Collaborate with internal teams and customer contacts to align on goals and timelines
• Identify solutions that work for customers and the telco provider
