Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is hiring a Sales Operations & Support Specialist to support internal sales and external partners. The role bridges sales, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery and prompt issue resolution.

You will handle service requests, assist with escalations, provide basic technical and billing support, identify trends, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and complaint resolution.
• Strong understanding of technology and telecom products, services, and processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Service Support: action service requests for customers on behalf of sales teams; assist with escalations and provide basic technical support.
• Customer Support: deliver high-level customer service, resolve inquiries and complaints across enterprise & business product suite; investigate billing disputes and POS issues.
• Operational Excellence: identify trends, provide insights to improve experience, revenue protection, and compliance; report product deficiencies; support process improvements and projects.
