Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Mobile Transition and Delivery Specialist to coordinate end-to-end mobile fleet migrations and service activations for B2B AU Telco clients. This onsite role in Taguig focuses on on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills to liaise with internal teams and customers across the transition lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in telecom or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within telecommunications.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end transition of customer mobile fleets and new service activations.
• Develop detailed transition plans, manage project timelines, and track milestones.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Provide expert guidance and support to customers during transitions.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for timely delivery.
• Escalate critical issues to leadership to protect timelines and outcomes.
• Monitor KPIs and report transition status to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve mobile transition efficiency and processes.
• Ensure transitions align with customer contract deliverables.
• Coordinate enterprise mobile fleet migrations and provisioning.
• Handle billing offer changes and bulk feature changes.
• Manage bulk terminations / suspensions as needed.
• Oversee provisioning of mobile services and related activities.
