Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring a Service Delivery Specialist - Fixed Services in Taguig (BGC) for an onsite, day-shift role. You will coordinate change activities across fixed telecom services, ensure accurate order processing, and manage complex multi-site deliveries with strong customer communication.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in telco service delivery, knowledge of IPND compliance, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

2–3 years of relevant telco service delivery experience.
In-depth knowledge of Telco fixed products (data & voice), PSTN, and 5G Fixed Wireless Access.
Experience in end-to-end order creation and management.
Strong time management and change management abilities.
Excellent customer service across phone, email, and portal.
Working knowledge of IPND compliance (preferred).

Responsibilities

Coordinate and complete change activities across deployed networks and solutions.
Process customer orders accurately and on time.
Coordinate site relocations, service terminations, and modifications to fixed services.
Provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.
Escalate bottlenecks to Team Leader/Manager.
Manage external vendors to meet schedules.
