Job summary

MicroSourcing in Taguig city (BGC) is seeking a Technical Delivery Specialist for an onsite, day-shift role. You will manage complex service orders, relocations, terminations, and modifications across fixed telecom products, coordinating with internal teams to ensure first-time accuracy and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have meticulous attention to detail, strong communication via phone and email, and the ability to drive process improvements in a high-performance delivery

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant work experience in telco with customer management/technical exposure.
• In-depth understanding of Telco Fixed (data & voice) products including Fixed, Voice, PSTN, and 5G Fixed Wireless Access.
• Proven experience in service delivery, including new adds, changes, relocations, terminations, and comprehensive order creation and management.
• Excellent Time Management and Change Management skills.
• Strong customer service skills across various communication methods.
• Competency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Telco products across both business and consumer portfolios.
• Knowledge of IPND compliance requirements and processes (preferred).

Responsibilities

• New service delivery and customer site relocations.
• Process customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with IPND requirements.
• Respond to customer and internal stakeholder requests promptly.
• Escalate bottlenecks to Team Leader/Manager to maintain timelines.
• Handle rejects/exceptions promptly and accurately.
• Provide regular updates to customers, vendors, and internal workgroups.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for multi-site projects.
• Assist in developing and improving Order Management processes.
• Participate in team meetings and maintain attendance and productivity.
