Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Project Specialist to work onsite in Eastwood/Parañaque with a night shift. You will coordinate training, triage tickets, create working orders (WOs), and ensure projects are created, booked, and tracked accurately.

You will pull OSS logs, check materials, handle POs and invoicing, provide Tier 1 support to crews, and report milestones to stakeholders. Strong telecom and purchasing experience, plus Excel mastery, are highly valued at MicroSourcing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive 3-week training program for team members.
• Triage tickets by type and scope, prioritizing tasks for swift resolution.
• Create working orders (WOs) to manage project tasks.
• Ensure timely creation and booking of projects with accurate records.
• Pull OSS logs and RFDS to inform project decisions.
• Check material availability to support project execution.
• Request AT&T seed stock from the warehouse.
• Provide Tier 1 support for crews.
• Submit project closeout documentation in MDAT.
• Request purchase orders (POs) from Project Control.
• Ensure timely client invoicing per billing schedules.
• Track progress on-site and monitor key indicators.
• Submit invoices in ACAS for record-keeping.
• Provide milestone updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager on daily activities.
• Handle phone calls in a call center-centric environment.
