Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks a motivated Technical Delivery Specialist to coordinate change activities across networks and solutions for business customers. This non-technical role emphasizes precise order management and clear customer communication via phone and email.

You will handle new service delivery, relocations, terminations, and modifications, working with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery and first-time right results.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in telco with customer management exposure.
• In-depth Telco Fixed (data & voice) product knowledge including Fixed, PSTN, and 5G Fixed Wireless Access.
• Experience in service delivery including adds, changes, relocations, terminations, and complete order creation/management.
• Strong time management and change management skills.
• Excellent customer service across multiple communication channels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Working knowledge of Telco products across business and consumer portfolios.
• IPND compliance knowledge (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and on time, aligning with customer and company expectations.
• Confirm exact customer requirements upfront to minimise rework.
• Ensure accuracy for contracts, pricing and product specifications.
• Ensure all orders comply with IPND requirements and address any historical issues.
• Respond to customer and internal requests promptly.
• Escalate bottlenecks to Team Leader/Manager.
• Handle rejects/exceptions promptly and accurately.
• Provide regular updates to customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal groups to meet complex project schedules.
• Resolve customer issues in collaboration with other departments.
• Provide feedback to managers for team learning.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet timelines.
• Manage multiple orders with varying complexity.
