Job summary

VA Masters is seeking a Real Estate Admin VA (MLS Entry Specialist) to oversee entry and upkeep of residential property listings across multiple regional MLS systems. You will input listings from our internal system, ensure complete and compliant data, upload photos and supporting documents, and keep listings current as properties progress through their lifecycle.

The role calls for precision over volume, with experience inside MLS platforms and the ability to navigate different board

Qualifications

Proven MLS listing entry experience across multiple boards.
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to follow complex MLS-specific procedures.
Experience working with internal task queues and proprietary software.
Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Enter new residential listings into the correct MLS system per location.
Manage listings from internal queue and maintain turnaround expectations.
Upload photos, disclosures, and documents to each listing.
Apply field requirements and compliance standards for each MLS board.
Update listing statuses as properties move through lifecycle (active, pending, sold).
Check listings for accuracy before and after publishing.
Maintain data integrity across active markets and fix errors.
Track completed/pending entries to keep queue current.
Communicate progress and blockers via internal channels.
