Qualifications

• Proven hands-on MLS data entry across multiple boards.
• Experience with more than one MLS board with differing field rules.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to follow market-specific procedures without shortcuts.
• Comfort using internal task queues and proprietary software.
• Good general computer literacy and file/document handling.
• Reliable with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter new residential listings into the correct regional MLS.
• Process listings from the internal order queue with turnaround expectations.
• Upload photos, disclosures, and documents to each listing.
• Ensure field requirements, formatting rules, and compliance for each MLS board.
• Update listing statuses as properties move through the pipeline (active, pending, price changes, sold).
• Check listings for accuracy before and after publishing.
• Maintain data integrity across active markets and fix errors.
• Track completed/pending entries to keep the queue current.
• Flag blockers and share progress with internal teams promptly.
