VA Masters is seeking an Appraisal Data Entry Specialist to efficiently research properties, pull comps, and enter complete data for high-volume valuation reports. You’ll process assigned file queues, verify details, and support the review team in delivering accurate property valuations.

The role requires familiarity with appraisal fundamentals, strong English communication, and the ability to move quickly through web-based databases while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage, title, or property data support.
• Extensive knowledge of comps and how to apply them accurately.
• Ability to research APN/parcel numbers and property records.
• Fast, precise data entry with high attention to detail.
• Able to work independently to meet daily targets.
• Proficient with web-based client databases and portals.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry for desktop and hybrid property valuation files from an assigned order queue.
• Research subject properties including parcel numbers, ownership records, and property characteristics.
• Pull and record comparable sales from a client database.
• Enter comparable sales details, attributes, and neighborhood value ranges into reports.
• Check data accuracy before moving files to review; maintain a 24-hour turnaround standard.
• Flag discrepancies or missing information to the supervisor.
• Keep file status current in the workflow queue.
• Communicate progress and blockers with the internal team.
