Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage, title, or property data support.
• Strong understanding of comps and how to spot/apply them.
• Familiarity with APN/parcel numbers and property records research.
• Fast, accurate data entry with attention to detail.
• Ability to work through a queue and meet daily volume targets.
• Comfort using web-based client databases and back-end systems.
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter data for desktop and hybrid property valuation files from an assigned queue.
• Research subject properties, parcel/APN numbers, ownership records, and property characteristics.
• Pull and select comparable sales from client database.
• Record key sale details, property attributes, and neighborhood value ranges in reports.
• Check data accuracy before files move to review.
• Maintain a 24-hour turnaround standard for daily volume.
• Flag discrepancies or missing information to supervisor.
• Keep workflow status current for the review team.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly with the internal team.
