Qualifications

• Experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage, title, or property data support.
• Strong comps knowledge and application.
• Familiarity with APN/parcel numbers and records research.
• Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily volume targets.
• Proficient with web-based client databases and back-end systems.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Complete data entry for desktop and hybrid valuation files from an assigned order queue.
• Research subject properties, parcel/APN numbers, ownership records, and property characteristics included.
• Pull and verify comparable sales from a provided client database.
• Key comparable sales details, property attributes, and neighborhood value ranges into the report form.
• Check all entered data for accuracy and completeness before files move to review.
• Work through a set daily file volume while holding a 24-hour turnaround standard.
• Flag discrepancies, missing information, or unusual property conditions to the assigned supervisor.
• Keep file status current in the workflow queue so the review team always knows what's ready.
• Hold clear, consistent communication with the internal team on progress and blockers.

You'll work from an assigned queue of files, research subject properties, pull comparable sales from a client database, and key in complete, accurate data so our review team can finalize each report. The right person already grasps appraisal fundamentals - what a comp is, what an APN is - and can move through files quickly without heavy hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete data entry for desktop and hybrid property valuation files from an assigned order queue

• Pull and pick comparable sales from a provided client database

Mandatory Skills

• Prior experience in real estate appraisal, mortgage, title, or property data support
• Working grasp of comparable sales (comps) and how they're turned up and applied
• Familiarity with APN/parcel numbers and property records research
• Fast and highly accurate data entry with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work through a queue on your own and hit daily volume targets consistently
• At ease moving through web-based client databases, portals, and back-end systems
• Dependable, precise, and able to work with minimal oversight
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid, desktop, or bifurcated appraisal products
• Familiarity with standard appraisal report forms and upcoming form changes in the industry
• Experience researching MLS listings or public property records
• Grounding in backing US-based appraisal, lending, or real estate teams
• Ability to take on rising volume as the team grows
