Qualifications

• Proven hands-on history keying in and steering listings in an MLS system.
• Experience across more than one MLS board or regional system with differing field requirements.

Responsibilities

• Key new residential property listings into the correct regional MLS system.
• Pull work from the internal order queue and process listings with turnaround expectations.
• Upload property photos, disclosures, and documents to each listing.
• Apply correct field requirements, formatting, and compliance standards for each MLS board.
• Update listing statuses as properties move through the pipeline (active, pending, price change, sold).
• Check listings for accuracy and maintain data integrity across markets.
• Track completed and pending entries to keep the queue current.
• Pass on progress, blockers, and clarifying questions promptly.
