VA Masters in the Philippines is seeking a Real Estate Admin VA (MLS Entry Specialist) to manage residential property listings across regional MLS systems. You will input listing data, upload photos and documents, and maintain listings as properties move through their lifecycles with a focus on accuracy.

Ideal candidates have hands-on MLS entry experience across boards, strong data integrity, and the ability to follow detailed procedures in internal software.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on time keying in and running listings in an MLS system.
• Time spent across more than one MLS board or regional system with differing field requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard for data accuracy.
• Capacity to follow detailed, market-specific procedures consistently without shortcuts.
• Comfortable working from a task queue inside proprietary or internal software.
• Solid computer literacy, including file handling and web-based platforms.
• Dependable, self-sufficient, able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Key new residential property listings into the correct regional MLS system based on property location.
• Pull work from the internal order queue and work listings in line with turnaround expectations.
• Upload property photos, disclosures, and supporting documents to each listing.
• Apply the correct field requirements, formatting rules, and compliance standards for each MLS board.
• Update listing statuses as properties move through the pipeline (active, pending, price change, sold, withdrawn).
• Check listings for accuracy and completeness before and after publishing.
• Hold listing data integrity across every active market, correcting errors as needed.
• Track completed and pending entries so the queue stays current.
• Pass on progress, blockers, and clarifying questions promptly through internal channels.
