Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Collections Associate (Midrange) to manage delinquency control for mid-range accounts and support the Collections Officer in monitoring external agencies. The role requires upholding policies, meeting targets, and coordinating to ensure timely collections.

The position involves negotiating restructures, reviewing payment proposals, and addressing customer issues while working onsite with a dynamic banking team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder preferred in business or related field.
• Experience in banking or credit card collections is an advantage.
• Good oral and written communication is required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Control delinquency of Mid-Range accounts.
• Conduct calls to follow up payments from delinquent cardholders.
• Obtain information on delinquent accounts from Metrobank group and other sources.
• Negotiate restructuring of delinquent accounts.
• Evaluate payment proposals and recommend approvals or disapprovals.
• Assist collection agencies on payment inquiries and client information.
