Job summary

Metrobank is seeking a Head of Collections Strategies and Business Performance to lead strategy formulation and execution across Collections units. The role requires deep knowledge of collections, risk management, and system performance, plus strong leadership to drive improvements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with IT, vendors, and various business units, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements while achieving delinquency and loss targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Experience in Collections/Credit/Risk management is required.
• Minimum 5 years in supervisory/managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations of Collections to ensure consistent execution of strategies.
• Analyze data/reports to identify productivity opportunities and improve metrics.
• Lead strategic projects and coordinate with other units and IT for SLAs and inputs.
• Oversee performance of collections systems and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage team performance and training needs; drive engagement.
• Coordinate with business units and vendors to meet collection goals and improve efficiency.
