Job summary

MurphLab Business Consultancy in Metro Manila seeks an experienced Mid Application Support Specialist to join a technology team supporting business-critical applications and enterprise systems. The role requires 5–8 years of application support experience and familiarity with SQL, incident management, ServiceNow, and production environments.

This hybrid position offers a salary up to ₱90,000 per month, with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Business Application Support, or a related role.
• Good working knowledge of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
• Snowflake experience is a plus.
• Experience with incident and problem management.
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Understanding or practical experience with an Enterprise Agile Framework, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Experience with Agile delivery and release management.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple operational issues and projects.
• Experience or active personal learning in Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support and resolution for issues affecting business applications.

We are looking for experienced Application Support Specialists to join a technology team supporting business-critical applications and enterprise systems.

This role is ideal for professionals with 5–8 years of application support experience who are comfortable working with SQL, incident management, ServiceNow, and production environments.

Position Details

• Experience:5–8 years

• Salary:Up to₱90,000/month

• Work Setup:Hybrid –3 days onsite

• Schedule:Mid Shift for the first 3 months, followed byquarterly Night Shift rotation

Key Responsibilities
