Overview

Mid Application Support Specialist – Hybrid setup in BGC Taguig. Up to 100k salary based on experience.

We are urgently hiring for a Mid Application Support Specialist. This is a hybrid work setup with 3 onsite days per week in BGC Taguig. Work schedule is Mid Shift, Monday to Friday.

Required Experience

• At least 5 years of Application Support Specialist experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong SQL scripting, RDBMS, joins, SQL queries, functions and procedures
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git)
• Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably AWS
• Experience in ITIL process change management and incident management

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in working with relational databases (preferably Microsoft SQL Server)
• Experience with cloud services, preferably AWS
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages Java and Python is a plus
• Experience with incident and problem management
• Experience using ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, or other similar tools
• Good understanding or experience with at least one Enterprise Agile Framework (e.g., Kanban, SAFe, SCRUM)
• Strong in agile delivery, with release management experience and engineering exposure
• Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects with attention to detail
