Job summary

BDO Unibank is looking for an Account Officer for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Antipolo, Philippines. This role involves achieving loan volume targets while maintaining profitability, sound credit quality, and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree, good selling and communication skills, basic mathematical knowledge, and preferably some experience in microfinance. Familiarity with computer software is also beneficial.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year or five-year degree course.
• Preferably familiar with computer software including word processing & spreadsheets.
• Fieldwork and sales experience on Microfinance is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Actively solicit microfinance loan accounts to meet business needs.
• Analyze loan applicant’s qualifications for granting loans.
• Initiate credit and collection activities for account quality.
• Coordinate processing and servicing of loan applications.
• Review customer loan files for credit processing adequacy.
• Execute marketing activities to achieve volume targets.
