Job summary

Hillstone Networks in Mexico City seeks a Senior Sales Executive with a hunter profile to lead the commercial strategy for advanced cybersecurity solutions.

Design and implement sales strategies to position Hillstone’s cybersecurity offerings in the Mexican market, collaborating with distributors, partners, and end customers. Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and maintain a robust CRM pipeline. English proficiency and willingness to travel within the territory are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years selling complex technology solutions, preferably in networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• 100% focused on new business generation (hunter profile), focus on Government industry.
• Strong knowledge of technologies such as Firewall, IPS, XDR, NDR, CGNAT, WAF, ADC, among others.
• Consultative selling skills and a strategic approach to the sales process.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
• Excellent time management, organization, and sales process structuring skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territorial plans to drive sales in the assigned region.
• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and strategic allies to deliver a high-level commercial experience.
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal development (RFI/RFP), negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain a solid and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM, with clear and accurate forecasts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
