Job summary

GoKwik is seeking a Senior Associate – Performance Marketing to own the execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns for a portfolio of D2C and eCommerce brands. You will translate client objectives into data-driven strategies and deliver measurable growth.

This role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, budget responsibility, and collaboration with designers, content teams, and marketing leads to scale performance.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency or D2C environment.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns with live advertising budgets.
• Understanding of eCommerce customer journeys and D2C growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
• Comfortable with dashboards, reporting tools, and key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high execution quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple D2C and eCommerce brands.
• Manage campaign budgets with accountability for CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with clients to translate objectives into data-driven strategies.
• Monitor performance and implement changes to improve outcomes.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable insights with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with designers, content teams, and Marketing Leads to execute campaigns.
• Ensure campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, and timely execution.
