You will work in a fast-paced environment, analyzing metrics to inform creative decisions and scale successful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

• Video editing at an intermediate to advanced level.
• Strong graphic design and visual branding skills.
• Excellent written English.
• Good understanding of hooks and direct‑response creative.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing data and metrics.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Full-time availability and exclusive commitment.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form video content.
• Create graphics, thumbnails, carousels, and promotional assets.
• Repurpose content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Build and manage the weekly content calendar.
• Research hooks, formats, competitors, and trends.
• Analyze retention, engagement, reach, and other metrics.
• Develop ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and creative variations.
• Turn winning organic content into paid ads and scale wins.
• Review ad performance and suggest new tests.
• Within 90 days, launch and manage Meta campaigns.
• Monitor CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Identify creative fatigue and pause underperformers.
