Qualifications

• Experience scaling media portfolios directly inside Meta Ads Manager in an agency or fast-growth environment.
• Proven ability to translate client targets into scalable, profitable campaigns.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end funnel architecture from awareness to conversion.

Responsibilities

• Architect performance-driven conversion, catalog sales, and lead-gen frameworks in Meta Ads Manager.
• Develop predictive bidding models and scaling frameworks with CBO/ABO.
• Design multi-step customer journeys balancing top and bottom funnels.
• Monitor daily ad account performance focusing on CAC, CPA, MER, ROAS.
• Lead A/B testing across audiences, creatives, and ad copy.
• Ensure proper integration of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and offline events.
• Maintain compliance with Meta policies and protect account health.
