Job summary

Rescale is seeking a results-driven Media Buyer to manage Meta campaigns across multiple brands. You will partner with Creative Strategy, test angles, and analyze performance data to optimize ROAS while scaling spend.

We value data-driven decision making, ownership, and a track record of profitable ad management. Remote-first environment with European time-zone alignment is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience
• Proven track record of managing $50K+/month in ad spend profitably
• Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm, attribution, and optimization
• Strong analytical skills—you live in the data
• Experience with creative testing frameworks
• E-commerce experience preferred (DTC brands a plus)

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Meta ad campaigns across multiple brands
• Analyze performance data daily and make rapid optimization decisions
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy on ad concepts, hooks, and angles
• Build and test audience strategies—LALs, interests, broad, and everything in between
• Maintain ROAS targets while scaling spend
• Create clear performance reports and insights for leadership
• Stay ahead of platform changes and test new features
