GoKwik is hiring an Associate - Performance Marketing to drive Meta Ads campaigns for SMB and D2C brands. You’ll manage setups, monitoring, and optimization, while ensuring budget hygiene and clear client communication.

The role focuses on data-driven decisions and learning to advance into higher campaign ownership. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a digital marketing agency, strong Meta Ads knowledge, and a passion for eCommerce growth.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency with direct campaign execution exposure.
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads (currently managing spends).
• Familiarity with eCommerce and D2C funnels is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts.
• Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow into advanced campaign management.

Responsabilidades
