Job summary

Expounder Corp. seeks a Senior Meta Media Buyer to plan and run Meta campaigns and personally produce AI-generated ads and UGC videos. You will own paid acquisition and creative for two health, wellness, and beauty brands, with clear KPIs and direct reporting to leadership.

This hands-on role requires expertise in Meta ads, creative testing, and analytics. You will manage two brands on Shopify, ensure policy compliance, set up tracking, and collaborate with teams to optimize conversion from free

Qualifications

• Proven experience independently running Meta Ads from setup to optimization.
• A portfolio of ads you personally created (AI statics and UGC) with measurable results.
• Experience advertising in health, wellness, supplement, or cosmetics categories with strong policy knowledge.
• Track record of keeping ad accounts compliant and handling policy reviews.
• Experience sourcing, briefing, and managing UGC creators.
• Solid funnel knowledge: acquisition, retargeting, offers, messaging, analytics.
• Working knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversions API, UTMs, Shopify analytics, and GA4.
• Practical use of AI tools like Claude; proactive, self-directed, reliable, and accountable.
• Available full-time with required overlap with US Pacific leadership.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns that drive free sign-ups to our online community.
• Grow conversion from free to paid membership, including retargeting campaigns.
• Collaborate with email and community teams to improve free-to-paid conversion.
• Run prospecting, retargeting, and scaling campaigns on Meta for skincare and cosmetics e-commerce.
• Make scaling decisions based on contribution margin, not just ROAS.
• Personally produce AI static ads and AI-assisted UGC; source and manage creators.
• Write ad copy and landing pages that comply with Meta policies for health products.
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and UTM tracking; report weekly.
• Use Shopify analytics and GA4; leverage Triple Whale as a plus.
